Privacy Policy

  Lesson Scheduling:

· Time period: Lesson will be either 30 minutes or 45 minutes depends on student’s ages. All parents/guardians are welcome to observe during their own children’s lessons, 

· Students can choose a designated time spot if it is available. One lesson per week. The spot can be arranged permanently for you until you give 2 weeks' notice to change it or end it.

Cancellation: 

· If student cannot make it for any reason, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We can have makeup lessons for student's cancellations, however, last -minutes cancellations or not reasonable for non-showing up (like, I forgot to have lesson today) is not eligible to make up and would be considered forfeited.

· If teacher needs to cancel the lesson under some circumstances, teacher will give you 48 hours notice and will credit you for the canceled lessons or arrange the make-up lessons at a later dates.

Payment: 

· Tuition : tuition is in different cost which depend on lesson time period and instruments. 

· Payments are needed to collect on a monthly basis at the beginning of each month.

Student Expectations: 

· The students are expected to arrive on time for your lesson each week, the lesson will end at the same designed time with late arrival. 

· The student is expected to bring all necessary materials and instrumnets to each lesson. 

· The student is encouraged to practice regularly as is appropriate based on the age and ability of each student and well prepared when she/he comes to lesson.

Holidays: 

-We observe the following holidays - 

Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, New Year's eve, New Year's day.

We will have lessons as usual on other holidays. If you can't come, please let us know one week in advance.
